Help No service, where i always had service.

Hello, my first post after reading many, and i disnt find anything. Recently my esteem has had very bad signal. Example: at home i usually have 3bars 4g, now i dont even have 1 bar of 1x. My signal is worse than anything, and i dont know whats caused it. Had this happened to anyone else? Because i cant even send texts or make calls because it says no signal (where i always used to have great signal). Thank you in advance,
 
There has been issues here and there they are in the midst of doing some changes I will say they might be updating towers so give it a couple of days also have you check your prl
 
Okay, and no i havent checked it. How would i go about doing that? I know some about the hidden menus and etc, but i dont know exactly what the prl is supposed to be or exactly where to look.

If you wanna check wat prl you have go to settings about phone then go to status.

I just noticed a couple of other things also changed. It says my phone nunber is unknown and keeps searching for network, but wheb i turn on my 4g, my internet works, but this remains like this and i cant recieve or seend text or calls.

I think he's in test mode?
