Anyone have any problems with their signal going out sometimes? Theres just an X instead of the 3G text.

Install "Open Signal Maps" from the market. This will tell you where the closet tower is. If your too far away from a tower that would explain the 1X. If not, post the reaults and we'll go from there.
Make sure you turn on the GPS as well when trying to find the nearest tower.

It's not even 1X, it's just X for no signal. My Triumph has a signal and 1 bar but my wife's slider usually always have full bars in our area. This has happened a couple of times.

Have you tried the activate app (SSA)? Sometimes you have to select it a few times in a row.

Well, her data came back on. This phone is weird. Maybe I should request a new one?
