Root No SMS/Data/Voicemail

Hey Guys I need some help. So today I topped up for the first time in 3 weeks because I did not pay my bill when it was due. So after topping up only my voice works, I cant text or use mobile data and I keep getting a notification that my voicemail doesn't work. Im currently running the newest version of Harmonia. What should I do? :(

How long has it been since you made the payment? Sometimes there is a delay before those start to work again.
 
Have you tried a battery pull?

If that doesnt work, I would make a ROM backup, update PRL and Profile, Reboot and see if it works.
 
I had the same problem except i could still send texts. just no 3g. and Virgin couldn't help. even their tier 2 tech support couldn't help. They tried everything including deactivating and reactivating the phone and resetting the network settings. nothing worked. So they finally just asked me if i wanted replacement and I said yes. You might have to do the same unfortunately. I tried changing my rom and going back to stock that didn't help either.

If it was a hardware issue, It still wouldnt explain the "no texts" issue. Voice calls still work, And sms uses the same radio as voice calls. 3g I believe is a different antenna, But I may be wrong. Someone correct me if I am.

When on the phone with virgin mobile's automated service, go to troubleshoot, it'll ask if your phone will turn on, say yes, it'll ask what your problem is, say other and it should connect you to a live person. When I say "say" I mean press the number lol.

I do believe it is, but I am not entirely sure. Although I do believe my problem was a hardware issue because it had excessive over heating ( I checked in kernel tuner at one point and it told me the CPU was around 155% F.) It would do this frequently and I came to find out it was the battery. So I bought a new one and all is well. But I guess it was too late and the damage had been done because now my WiFi is starting to give out and the phone is beginning to slow down every day. No apps installed either so its not that. So I'm glad to be getting a replacement. I hope the OP can get his/her issue resolved by talking to the reps and going through their trouble shooting. Good luck man. Hope you can get it fixed without needing a replacement. :)
 
Dial 888-322-1122, after entering your phone number just keep hitting the number 4 at every prompt, even if it's not offered as a valid choice, the system will finally give up and transfer you to a live advisor. :D
