Help No SMS/Data/Voicemail

Hey Guys I need some help. So today I topped up for the first time in 3 weeks because I did not pay my bill when it was due. So after topping up only my voice works, I cant text or use mobile data and I keep getting a notification that my voicemail doesn't work. Im currently running the newest version of Harmonia. What should I do?

@OP...I see your other thread...instead of merging them, which may cause confusion, I may just delete one of them. If you are rooted I will delete this one. If not, I will delete the other. Just to keep things organized
Judging from the responses in the other thread, I assume you are rooted?
