No sound during cal

I have the Motorola Photon 4G and whenever i receive or place a call no one can hear me. I can hear them when they call but no one can hear me. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Sounds like the original issue when the phone was 1st introduced. Have you updated the firmware? Settings>About Phone>System Updates>UPdate Motorola Software
