Help No sound during call

I picked up a Samsung Droid charge on June 8 with Verizon. Today I lost outgoing audio on phone calls. Had four calls in a row where I could hear the caller but they couldn't hear me. I took it to the local Verizon store. They updated the software and did a battery pull reboot which fixed it for about five hours. This evening I lost outgoing audio in the middle of a call. Redialed and they still couldn't hear me. Did the battery pull and it started working again. Has anyone else had this issue or resolved it? I use the phone for work and if this continues I'll have to get something else.

I had one other problem about a week ago. The audio got really distorted on a call, as in unintelligible. A reboot fixed that and it hasn't occurred again.

Yes, I have had a similar problem - but only while using a bluetooth headset. Are you talking on the phone or through a headset when this happens?

Had the same problem earlier this week except I could not hear or be heard. Took my Charge to the local Verizon and after the technician pulled the battery, my phone worked again. He said he had no idea what happened or what setting had been changed.

By the way, I was not using bluetooth but it was enabled.

this happens to me when im using the bluetooth in my 2009 toyota corolla that is built-in to the car stereo. i think its bluetooth 2.0.

Plantronics just agreed to a warranty replacement of my Voyager Pro+ headset. It would sometimes not allow the caller to hear me. I could always hear the caller though. It would also unpair itself from the phone every 2 or 3 days. The problem started slow and progressively happened more frequently. This is the only problem I've had so far. I have my fingers crossed that it was the headset and not a bluetooth problem with the phone.
