All of a sudden I can't hear anything through calls. I can hear things if I play it through the speaker, but my earpiece doesn't put out anything. Has this happened to anyone else? I've tried factory resets with no difference.
there has been a few threads on this topic, some people have said pulling the battery and then rebooting the phone has worked for them, but others just got a replacement from verizon.
