No space left on system partition AGAIN

I have a Galaxy SII I9100 Android kitkat and for flashing roms and such I have been getting there error "No space left on system partition" and I was wondering if anyone could help me free up some space on the system partion (If Possible). I have tried reflashing stock rom and back again to custom rom but it doesn't work.
And I hope the Mod iowabowtech doesn't close this thread for a bad reason again (And if he reads this,
I was not simply stating that it was failing and i needed help with it. That was just 1 thing that required system partition that didn't have any)

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent the /data/log folder from filling up?
I have a rooted Samsung GT-S5300 with android 2.3.6 and had the same problem of the system storage almost full from /data/log growing , however it doesn't matter how many times I delete its contents the folder grows to fill the whole system space in about a day. It also vibrates continuously as if something is crashing all the time but nothing comes on the screen. I have uninstalled all the apps and even done a factory reset but the problem continues. It seems to have something to do with the google play services app since it only started after I installed that app after the factory reset.

Thank you
