no space left

So recently I have tried to update some apps. Got a message that I had insufficient space and preceeded to do some digging. After looking around I found I had 3 different sd files. One in /root/sd card, one in /root/mnt/ sdcard, and finally one in a separate partition/drive type thing. Would I be able to delete any of these to gain some storage space. If anyone can offer any help.it would be appreciated
