Help no status bar

i have a razr maxx and after rooting my phone and trying to change the battery icon i lost my status bar at the top. cant see battery life, signal, and so on. i did a factory data reset and it did not bring it back. please help.

Did you make a nand before trying to modify the battery icon?

If no just re flash the current rom your on or flash a different. Should fix you up.

Whats the best way to re install my rom

I'm not familiar with flashing on a razr maxx but if the recovery you have allows you to flash from recovery without pc, that's a way to do it if you have the downloaded rom on the root of your SD card

Download matts utility 1.81 on pc, use option 1.

On the last step when it says press any button to wipe data or exit make sure you exit the program and you won't lose any data.
