Help no storage space

Everytime I try to go onto my photos, sms, mail or an app my phone keeps saying I have no storage space even though I do. I have only downloaded two apps since getting the phone and I have deleted the majority of my photos, messages and the data on most apps I have but it still keeps saying I need to make available space. It also means I cant send or recieve texts without having to delete something which is obviously a problem.

Hi,
The major issue with HTC WFS is the Internal storage.
You have 2 options to solve this issue:

1. Root you phone [Void warranty, Updates]

2. Store apps on SD Card, this can help you to gain Memory.
