no touch screen apps

I recently was given a netbook. App Market came preinstalled. Problem is...it is not a touch screen. Why would the app market come preinstalled if you can't play any of the games without a touchscreen? Are there any apps that you can use with keyboard/mouse? thanks

Probably not, Android has always been designed as a touch screen operating system. It was never designed to be used on a device without a touch screen.

How do you even access Google Play and choose any apps to download?

that is the thing, I just don't understand why it comes preloaded if you can't use it. I can go to google store by using my mouse. They download very easy. As soon as you start them the screen switches to lengthwise and you can't use mouse. Was just wondering, thanks

There are some apps that will allow you to use a mouse or other device to emulate screen touches. I have never used any and I don't know how well they work. They might not help since it sounds like your OS partially does this anyways. Might be something to look into though.

Trouble is, can't tell which apps they are until I download them.....only to find out I can't. Thanks for your imput
