want to buy unlocked IncS for Travel to Phuket (only) Thailand - where i'll use AIS network / 1-2-Call SIM for yearly use Nov.-May.
don't want a contract in U.S., where i currently am until Sept.
how do i access a U.S. network, without a contract, to load the phone up & use until then? do the providers have such an option? if so, would i still be able to unock it for Thailand without major hoop jumpage ?!? thanks!
