Help No update on gallery?

hey guys, I got an S2 from boost, it had the updated gallery and everything; it died.

So now I got a free new one; and this one states its up to date, but the gallery wont sync with the FB photos, the apps are different, and the gallery is the older gallery which i always hated!

anyone know what to do here? i would like to get the new ICS gallery i had on my first S2

FL24 is ICS but the newest build of the ROM which (gallery comes with the ROM) is JB. The Newest build available is build GC01. you can use Samsungs updater tool to get you to GC01.
