On My Samsung Galaxy S2. It vibrates on silent with a call, but dosent do anything when i recieve a text. I have to press the home button then look at the screen to see if anyone has txt me. I have been to settings on the messaging app, but can only find a sound setting. all help gratefully appreciated !
