Hey,
I have an LG Optimus P500 running on Froyo.
The phone does not vibrate for incoming notifications for all kinds of texts on my phone (sms, whatsapp, facebook, email notifications).
After a little troubleshooting it seems that there is no problem with the hardware because the phone vibrates for voice calls and during alarms.
I tried changing the settings, both in the main setting menu and the SMS setting menu for the phone to 'Vibrate Always'
I had installed a ring tone profile manager app ( https://market.android.com/details?id=com.fancy01.myprofiles.lite&feature=search_result )
The problem arose after I uninstalled the app. Do you think there might have been some changes made by the app to the default phone settings? What could be a solution to the problem?
Thank you.
