Help no video showing up

hi everyone...

my first post ...

a little while back i got my phone back from repair as the speaker had gone bad and needed replacement. Upon collection, i was told that the s/w version has been upgraded as well.
Yesterday i made 2 videos which i cannot play now ( on the phone) coz all i see is still images ( on/off) and audio in the background is playing all good..

All my previous videos( prior to the upgrade) have the same issue and anything i play on YT is the same as well....( not a buffering issue)

Although i can play my phone videos on the PC...

Please assist

What about if you install a 3rd Party player (arcmedia, rockplayer), do vids play through then?

Youtube should work straight out of the box, but do you have flash installed?
 
i tried with arcmedia and there is this gap between when the audio starts and when the video starts.. not aligning very well for some videos.. and some r fine.. wierd..
 
If you go to the market, hit my apps, that should tell you if you have flash installed. If not, install it, see if that makes a difference for youtube. It might not, but it's worth a try.

Have you tried a factory reset?
