Help No Voice in Navigation

So for some reason, my voice in Google Navigation won't speak. I'm on CM 7 RC 4, and I have Navigation volume turned all the way up. My TTS settings seem to be correct (I'm using Pico TTS with the install voice data button greyed out) so I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Don't think you need tts turned on for navigation to speak, I never have.

I'm on cm7rc4 btw.
