Help No voice output with Voice Actions Plus??

I downloaded Voice Actions Plus and tried it.. no sound. I then downloaded SVOX Classic and the SVOX Grace voice pack and updated my TTS settings... Again still no sound. What am I doing wrong here? Has anyone been able to get Voice Actions Plus to work correctly?

Still haven't gotten it figured out... Again any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
