Help No Voicemail Notification Icon

Hey. I've looked at other posts about this and none seem to answer my question.

I've had my phone for about 6 months now, it's up to date on the latest software, but I have never received a voicemail notification icon when I have a new voicemail. I have to call now and again to check if I have any.

I've checked through the phone settings and listened to the playback menu when I call my voicemail, yet there is no option to turn it on?


Any ideas? It would be nice to know how to get it on, though it seems I've grown accustomed to not having it

Verify that your Voicemail has the notification set to on within your Voicemail Setting. Dial into your Voicemail, instead on just listening, press option 4 for your Settings, and make sure your Message indicator is set to on. Hope that is it!
