No voicemail notification

My HTC one sv hasn't gotten a voicemail notification since I got it over a month ago and set up my voicemail. I decided to check today and I had 13 voicemails. I listened to all the options and nothing about a notification. I went into the phones settings and seen nothing about a voicemail notification. Anyone have any suggestions about how to get them to work?

go into settings> call> voicemail service

then make sure it's ticked

I did it says clear vm notification but there's never one there

The settings you are looking for are provided by your phone network and not on the phone. I know on my voicemail when I dial in and click star there are various menu options to choose how I am notified, whether that be by a callback (phone rings me), an sms text notification or via a notification icon on the taskbar at the top of the screen.

I would have another listen to your voicemail settings or contact your network carrier

I have had the same problem for 6 months. Let me know if you get a resolution. m y carrier is Boost and tech support barely even know what VM is.

I may be a little late but I had this same problem. I downgraded the voicemail app to the factory. then I removed my passcode to get to my voicemails. then I restarted my phone. and it worked after that!
