Root No0b question: Installing a rom

Can anyone provide a link with instructions/tutorial on how exactly to install a rom on this phone? I've installed many roms on my LG Optimus M but I'm afraid it may be different.

All help is appreciated.

No, the process is the same. (I too just came from an Optimus M)

-Root phone with guide in this forum
-Install ROM Manager and let it install Clockwork Mod recovery
-Download ROM and place it on the root of the SD card
-Reboot into CWM
-Wipe Dalvik, cache, and factory reset phone
-Install ROM with CWM

Done!
