Help Noise reduction nonsense

love the phone and apart from the battery not being great I have a problem with the noise reduction feature
what bright spark thought it would be great to have it on defualt, am sick of having to answer only to be told cant hear me
then I switch noise reduction off and its fine
anyway I can do this so its default
am amazed a phone with such specs cant take a call on default and not be able to chat properly

Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with the noise reduction feature. Thankfully, it does not apply to the majority of handsets, mine included. Also, if you are rooted then you can turn this feature off by default. You could also try taking it to your nearest Samsung Service Centre or supplier and demand a replacement or fix under warranty.
