Help nomedia keeps appearing

hi everyone, i started having this problem today and im not sure what the cause is. i have a samsung galaxy s2 on ke7 with an 8gb microsd. i was playing some music, and all of a sudden the player stops. i check the music player and there were no artists in the fields but i was able to find them in "my files". i noticed a nomedia file and i deleted it, and luckily, the phone was able to see all my songs again. no problems. but just now the nomedia file appeared again. would anyone happen to know the cause of this?

*note ive also restarted the phone, and poof nomedia appeared again. this is starting to get a little annoying. if anyone can help, id really appreciate it!

Was it caused by the same track? it might like a log file that auto generates when it gets an error from a corrupted file?

hmm not sure. i may have to do a scan on my microsd and i'll check back. sometimes the nomedia file is created when i rename something in my external sd. its pretty annoying
