Help Non Root data backup

I have the latest OTA GB .596. I would like to root and ROM to CM7 but to be honest I really dont want to lose all the data in my apps (settings, hi scores etc) Is there a back up utility for non rooted phones such as Titanium for rooted phones?

I prefer Titanium Backup Pro (which requires root), but My Backup Pro might work. They have a 30 day trial version (limited to 2 mb, tho). You might want to read the documentation before relying on it tho. I think you're going to be disappointed in any backup that doesn't require root.
