My brother wants to not scroll his wallpaper if possible but doesn't want to instal LPP. Is there a setting in Sense that has this function? Thanks in advance for any help.

Tried this and it wouldn't recognize any photos on the moment or wallpapers. It kept saying no images found. Any ideas?
