Noob here! Please help.

So I am an iPhone user (don't hate, I dislike iPhones) and bought a used Droid Razr with clean ESN, and what all I have to do to activate it on my iPhone number? I'm totally new to this, so take it easy on me. Don't have a computer, using a friend's ATM.

You'll probably need to go the Verizon store to get a compatible lte sim card for your razr. The 4/4s don't use lte sim, and the 5 uses nano instead of micro. They'll configure your number to the sim card, pop it into the Razr, and you should be good to go.

Verizon should provide a new sim card free of charge. The sim cards are tied to the number, so if you use the one from the seller, you'd be using their number until they deactivate that sim. Once you get the new sim from Verizon programmed for your number, it should be good to go.

Picking up the Razr tomorrow, cannot wait, to get rid of this iPhone, never really liked the iPhones, it's small and just boring to use.
