I am hoping that someone can help me. I purchased the ZTE Warp off Amazon on March 2nd. I ported my number over from Virgin Mobile. The port went through at about 10:30 PM. It wouldn't let me activate the phone online so I had to call in. When I called in they issued me a temp. number. When that didn't work they transferred me somewhere else where she said they woul dhave to start over and I would no longer have a temp. number. Well, I still am not able to use my phone. I have called time and time again and Boost told me Thursday that they have done all that they could do. It was sent to both sides and both said according to them the phone should be working. But it doesn't. Everytime I try to make a call it tells me I do not have enough money in my account. I cannot text either. I get error code 2311. I have been told to do multiple RTNs and master resets but nothing works. I am in LOVE with this phone and hate that I am on the verge of giving up and going back to my Optimus V. But Boost has fought me tooth and nail when I call in and ask for help or ask why it's still not working. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can try to do?? Any help would sure be appreciated!
