Root noob question

hey guys ive had the fascinate since first week its launched and im just now finally gonna root it and so thats why im here i know how to root the phone but im so totally confused on how to put like superclean and other roms on it ive read for hours about kernels and radios and roms but its all confusing ive rooted my dads og befor ota froyo was out and flashed that on his phone for him but that was so long ago so i was wondering after i root my fascinate what i need to do next to get superclean or another rom on there and whats the deal with kernels and radios.

Somehow the ROMs do not come with kernels, so after you have flashed the ROM, you need to flash the kernel too.

Once you are rooted, pick a ROM and kernel from here {List}[4.15.11] *VZW* CDMA i500 Roms and Kernels - xda-developers.

Just make sure you get the correct kernel for the type of ROM, eg, TouchWiz or AOSP.

As for radio, don't upgrade that YET, just be familiar with flashing ROM and kernel before moving on to that.

so from my understanding the superclean roms is packaged with a kernel so all i do is download the superclean rom i want and flash it correct? im following a tutorial but i dont wanna use the rom he proviedes i wanted to relace it with the superclean rom
