Root noob rooted CM7 questions/app store/overclock

Hello. I just rooted my Dinc2 and installed CyanogenMod 7 ROM and kernal and have two questions. 1. After I installed cm7 I looked through all of the apps and noticed the icon for the Android app store was missing. How do I get into the store now? 2. How do I overclock the Dinc2? One of the main reasons I had for rooting was to overclock and make the phone as fast as I could. I would appreciate any help and please keep it simple as I am a complete noob.
