Help noob/simple question about flash

I apologize in advance for the silly question, I'm new to android phones...

I know the Indulge comes with flash, but so does it mean it has the capability and I actually need to download and install the Adobe Flash Player 10.1 app? or it comes with it already?

Also, if I DO need to install the flash, are there any better than Adobe or is that the most recommended one?

To answer your first question, yes it comes with flash although it might mention an available update once you configre the marktplace.
As for your second question, Flash is a product of Adobe. So their ain't no getting something better. The other flash-like players may not work with all content types.
