Root noobish ROM question..

i've been rooted for a while and running chevyno1's LV1100 kernal and love it!


i'm thinking about installing a rom but one thing i'm confused about is how i go back to the stock rom if i decide don't like the rom i'm installing. do i need to go back to 2.01 and start the process all over again?

I'm kinda new to this also but from what I have learned is ROM Manager is your friend. So if you make back up with ROM manager you can always go back from where you originally started. I have tried a couple of different roms and kernals and if I didn't like them I used my original back up and just started again. It is pretty easy. I hope this helps.

ok i just got it. it looks rather easy to use but now my boot up takes forever! i tried loading a rom but it doesnt look like it loaded. going to try the "manual" way. btw when i originally rooted, i used the sprecovery method. is that going to be a problem?
