nor problem nstalling zip files from sd card

I am trying to install the CM10 mod to my DroidX2. When I goto install zip files from my SD card, It jumps ahead the next screen "-META-INF/....-system/" I must be doing something wrong, just dont know what. Did I download the wrong file?

Welcome to AF!!!

CM 10 is a ROM, you have to flash it using a custom recovery. I can't really help you with instructions on how to do that on the X2 since I don't own it. I can however sugest that you check out the forum that Rush suggested. You will probably find all the answers you need there.

Just as urge stated above, you need a custom recovery to be able to flash a Rom, impossible to do it within the system while booted up.
