Help Normal for SGSII to get hot during gaming?

I understand modern 3D games use a lot of CPU/GPU power but I just wanted to make sure that this is normal.

When playing 3D games such as Modern Combat 3 my screen gets very warm, not too hot to use but very warm nevertheless. The back of my phone gets really warm too, despite me having a case I can still feel a little warmth getting through it.

Is this normal for the SGSII?

This is normal for most phones. Some get hotter than others, but only Apple's explode!

If you're really concerned you can install one of many battery temp widgets and occasionally check it. My Droid used to reboot a couple times while using Nav and sitting in a hot windshield dock (don't recommend it). As long as you're not seeing random reboots while it's warm, I wouldn't worry about it.

Well thats good to know as my samsung galaxy s2 epic 4g touch does the same when gaming. It gets warm around the top and the screen.
