Help Norton Mobile Security!

Hey guys! Norton has locked me out of my galaxy -.- I bought a new sim and swapped it, now it locked me out. I have tried all the codes but wont work, & my trust buddies doesnt seem to work either. Is there any other way to get back into my phone?

Have you tried putting old Sim in and then disabling Norton, then putting new Sim in?
