Not able to download from PlayStore

I use an Android phone which runs on Android ICS 4.0
Im not able to download apps from playStore.Everytime
No Space message is coming. Even if I select Preferred Storage Location
as SD Card and tried to download ,same issue happens.

When I click on apps, Im not getting option of 'Move to SC Card".
Why is it so friends ?

Im using 16GB memory card.Manufacturer claims
my device has internal memory of 512mb.

When I checked in Settings for memory availability, this is what I got.
IN DOWNLOAD IT IS SHOWING: 102MB USED AND 24MB FREE.
ON SD CARD IT IS SHOWING :15 GB FREE
IN RUNNING IT IS SHOWING :218MB USED AND 172MB FREE.

Can anyone suggest why am I unable to download apps, even to SD Card.

ICS and JB don't allow for installing or moving apps to the external SD, so it doesn't matter how much space you have on it. When you select "SD Card" it actually refers to a part of the phone's internal memory, this is NOT the same as your external SD (yes it's confusing).
The only way to put apps on your external SD is to root the phone and use Link2SD to move them. It's up to you whether you are willing to do this, and it also depends on whether root is available for your particular phone. Unfortunately with only 512MB of storage you're going to run into this frequently.

^^^ this

Unless you choose to root your device and force apps to the sd card via link2sd, unfortunately you won't be able move the apps to your external sd card.

Until 4.3.becomes available for your device (if that happens) which could be a very long time since your still on 4.0

Edit: ninja'd by not reading above post entirely :D

manufacturer had claimed that device has an internal memory of 512 MB, so is it fake ?
When I checked for memory availability in Settings, it showing IN DOWNLOAD IT IS SHOWING: 102MB USED AND 24MB FREE.
So out of 512mb, where is the remaining 380mb ?? OS and associated files wont occupy entire 380mb , am I right ??
I guess manufacturer is cheating customers openly.
Can anyone please clarify...

What phone have you actually got?

This is from something called a Daxian, which is a fake HTC Evo.

Don't know what the manufacturer claims it has, but in reality there's not a lot of internal storage at all in this one. Any downloads more than a couple of MB is going to be a problem.

Are you sure the 520mb isnt RAM op?
My System (rom and apps) takes up 1.5gb

It could be the RAM because the KIRF Evo, which belongs to a student, I got here shows that in Antutu. But the available internal storage is extremely low. Probably App2SD would be the only way to make the thing at least usable for installing some apps. I suggest uinstalling everything or factory resetting, to clear as much internal storage as possible. Then do App2SD, and go from there.
