Root not able to uninstall darkslide

Help! I installed darkslide yesterday and while I liked it, I love gummjar. However, I'm having a terrible time trying to go back.

I backed everything up in clockwork mod, but when I try to reload the backup, I get a bootloop, than goes back to darkslide when I battery pull.

When I try to reboot in bootstrap recovery, it just reboots into darkslide.

Ive even tried factory reset, which puts me into a bootloop, that goes into darkslide agsin after I battery pull it.

what am I doing wrong?

Hmmm this is odd ....i have restored a few backups since on ds and have not had any problems .......here's something to try ......restore your backup of gummy when you reboot if it goes into a bootloop then reboot again bit this time go into stock recovery and wipe data then reboot and see what happens .....I know its a pain and you will lose data ....other than that if it does not work restore the stock backup you made after root and reinstall gummy from there
