Help Not always receiving calls, sigh

So, lately my phone has been anything but consistent in receiving calls. As I am sitting here in my house, with 3G and full service, I am missing calls. This seems to be happening more and more

I'm running a rooted Dinc with Google voice. I just called myself from the house phone 2x, received a call 1x.

Ok just did a tie-breaker and it went though. Good result for me, but the missing of calls is ridiculous. Before I made this thread I missed 2-3 calls already today and its only noon.

Any ideas?

I experienced the same problem a number of times after the last OTA. A battery pull seemed to remedy the problem.. but there was no knowing I had the problem until I missed a number of calls. My Dinc had a bad speaker and I was experiencing a number of little problems after the OTA.. missed calls only being one of them.. so I replaced my original with a refurb. No problems since. If your problems started after the last OTA... a factory reset (ugh!) will likely fix your problem.
