You can start on page 516.5-27. From this I would say it should be able to handle a 4 foot drop over 26 times. In fact the Casio website states this.
I couldn't find the results of their actual testing or how they did it. But for comparison the Panasonic Toughbook was tested for this spec by dropping it 36 inches onto 1/2 plywood over concrete 28 times. Not exactly a direct drop onto asphalt. Also not sure how this would meet the standard but it does.
I would use the Casio webpage against them.
