My droid is not charging. I am stuck in boot loop and now my droid is not charging. What should I do?

It's not going to charge 'til you fix the loop.
Moving to root section so you can get help with sbf, if you need it.
Meanwhile, you might need to swap your battery with a friend's charged battery or have a VW store charge it. You don't want to risk sbf'ing with a battery that might fail.
Are you stock, rooted, custom rom, what?
Did you make a backup in recovery?
What have you done?
Some roms require formatting data.

You can always Google instructions on how to boot into "safe mode", if nothing else works, and I'm assuming you have power

I am rooted, I have a completely dead battery. I cannot charge via wall or via USB. I will try to see if the VW store will charge it but if they don't i have no other options. I understand how to SBF i just dont get why the hell my phone wont charge.

And I was running j rummys rom justice and decided to goto miui however i guess i was not on the right kernel. 
I did wipe data and cache I was just on the wrong version.

Go here and purchase this Desktop Battery Charger For Motorola DROID X, DROID X2, ATRIX 4G - Motorola DROID X2. i did because i messed my phone up and chopped a usb cord and really messed it up. im still waiting to get my x back from motorola for a repair. i do not have my phone to definately make sure this works but i have two batteries which charged up and the light changed indicating it was charged. but for only 11 bucks with shipping included, it is better than buying that charging cable for 30 bucks
im not sure if i can post that link here, so i appoligize in advance if that is not proper procedure. vzw should charge the battery for you though but one of these would be nice to have when you do like i do and do not pay attention to how much battery you have left. good luck to you!

Phone will not charge if it is in bootloop. Gotta put a charged battery in in. Let vzw charge it and go grab lunch. Pick it up and sbf you will be good to go.
