Help Not charging

I can't no matter what I do make my one m8 charge... It's been charging all night and all day and still not charged... It was at 80% when I plugged it up to go to bed and I woke up it was at 80... Today was my off day so I just left it on the charger but as now its been charging for 24 hours and is now at 69% I've tried switching from quick charger to the standard one and no luck. I've done all the things I think I can do. But no luck....

ok there are a few things you can try

1) reboot the phone
2) wipe the cache partition

Hold volume down while powering on until the bootloader screen appears.
Navigate to RECOVERY from HBOOT using the on screen instructions.
Clear cache, then reboot.
Do that before anything else.

3) Start the phone in safe mode by long press on the power off choice when the power screen appears.
4) factory reset (which will wipe all your apps and data)
