Help Not enough memory for software update

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help. I keep receiving messages from HTC asking me to complete a software update but when I try to it cannot complete as it says there isn't enough memory. U have a 4gb SD card installed and really not very many apps. What can I do?

Hi, its nothing to do with the sd card storage, its the internal memory that you have to worry about, best thing would be to look at what downloaded apps you have installed and then uninstall the largest ones first and then try the update again.
