Ok, my file manager doesn't have super user permissions, so I can't move the dalvik.

You can't just move the dalvik. If your device is rooted I suggest the Link2SD tutorial I wrote, it is in the All things root sticky in the All things root sub-forum.

If you're not rooted, either uninstall some unused or less used apps or consider rooting (and installing a custom ROM) and running Link2SD.
