Help (NOT FIXED!!!!) Location Services not working after 2.3.6 update

I'm finding that after the 2.3.6 update, my phone is only able to find my location through WiFi and GPS, but not through the cell towers alone. Everytime it says "location services are temporarily unavailiable." And when using Beautiful Widgets with the Force GPS option turned off, it says its not able to find my location but after turning Force GPS it finds it just fine.
Anybody else having this issue, or know what might be going on and/or possible solutions?

Looks like even after a factory reset, a good ol fashioned battery pull is what fixed it.

EDIT: Spoke too soon, I've found if I use satellite GPS, the phone stores that location, and just runs with that location while the GPS is off.

It will not find my location from just the network. This just happened after the 2.3.6 update.
