Help Not fully charging

An issue just started today where my X2 is only charging to about 88 or 89%. Circle Battery Widget displays this value and the settings menu shows 90%. I then shut down the phone, plugged it in using the AC adapter plug with the USB cable, let it charge for 2 more hours and then started up the phone, it's still at 89%. I tried a battery pull but that didn't seem to matter. Any other ideas short of a factory reset?

Get a replacement battery and see if it's doing the same thing. That way you'll know it's not the phone. If not then you can send the battery in for warranty replacement.

my DX2 seems to be having the same issue. It only charges up to 90% and the green LED is lit

I have had the same issue several times. I have to reboot the phone to make it take change again.

Here is a new symptom of what could be the same issue. Right now... my phone says it is 50% charged and is currently charging. Shows the Bolt across the battery and the battery icon is animated like always. only problem is it hasn't been plugged in for several hours. HAHAHA
