not getting attached pics in texts !!

For the past 3 days, everytime someone sends me a text with an attached picture it will not show up. It now shows a box that says download and when I push the download button it doesnt do anything. Before the pic or video would show up, all I had to do was hit the play button and I could view the pic or video. Any ideas???

I think there is an issue with MMS when wifi is enabled. The network that Sprint stores the images on is a closed network and can only be accessed from their mobile network. Disable wifi and see if that works. Hopefully they will fix this in the next update.

well i decided to power down the phone and restart it. I had a friend send me a pic and its working. I have no idea why or what happened.

I have the same issue and need a fix asap! I have wifi disabled and mobile network enabled...

I had the same problem. To fix...

Open up messages app.

Then press MENU > SETTINGS > check box for "Auto-retrieve"

Should fix the issue.

I backed everything up and did a factory reset and received a pic this morning from a verizon Droid.
