not getting calls or texts? why?

This is the only phone that it's ever happened to. Since I got the Droid, I've been missing calls. Not like I have missed calls. The only calls that are okay are the ones that I make. Everyone is telling me that when they call me it rings about 3 times and then just hangs up. Like I ignored it but didn't go to vmail. However, none of these calls are going through at ALL so I'm not ignoring the calls.

Also, everyone is texting me saying that I never texted them back when I know I did. Is anyone else having this problem?

task killing apps sometimes mess with calling and texting app. I had the same problem today, after I killed all text/calls wouldnt work. Otherwise, go to verizon
