Help Not getting yahoo email alerts all of the sudden?

I don't know why, but my phone has stopped alerting me when I get email via yahoo email app.

Why did this happen?

I uninstalled the app the reinstalled it, and still no alerts. I have to manually open up yahoo email to see if I have any emails.

I've seen this before. Do you have juice defender installed? Or any type of task killer? If so remove them.
