Help Not Receiving Any Texts!

So I have tried everything and i am still not receiving text messages. I have tried resetting the prl and the profile and nothing else needs to be updated. Im at my wits end! someone please help!
 
I am having the same issue.... I think it may be a result of clearing your level 2 RAM in task manager...have you done this?
