Help Not receiving calls or texts??

Sometimes I don't receive calls or texts and I have to restart my phone? What's going on? It's pretty annoying. It's the only thing I can't handle. Is there any fix short of changing carriers?
 
i think is a network issue because happend tome in touch pro I and II warp now sometime only receive voice
other thing check in mobile network have cdma/evdo check if have only evdo never ever recibe call because only use evdo network happen to me
 
Same here!! :mad: I just recently started having this problem. I think it was after utilized the online update tool this past weekend. I can send texts & call out just fine. In fact, the only way I can receive texts is when I call someone. So now, I use my voice-mail to check my texts...WHICH IS INSANE!!! :mad:
 
I just restart my phone every night or morning.. That seemed to work for me.,, I think I may be a network issue also

I had this same issue a buddy of mine that works at radio shack called boost and they said that it was a network issue. I've had the phone for a little over a week and it only happened to me once and that was all day yesterday. Once I turned the phone off and back on I got like 50 messages at once.
 
It's a network issue and it depends on where you are. My Warp has been working fine at my house and at the bank this morning, but here at work this afternoon I haven't been receiving calls. According to a rep I know at one of the local stores, Boost says the problem has been happening since the 28th of March and they are working to get it fixed this week. Hopefully by CoB today he should be able to update me with a more definite repair date.

is a mess sprint im thinking change to att or open mobile only thing is the money i spent and losse calls
 
I have been having all the same problems you all are talking about. at first I wasn't receiving texts here and there... and then it started to be more and my texts weren't sending. I was missing phone calls. but now I am missing mostly ALL phone calls and completely ALL TEXTS. I have been with boost mobile for I believe 8 years now. I never had these problems as bad as now. I thought it was my phone so I bought a new phone. Turns out its the service. Boost runs off sprint lines. Sprint sucks....I'm not sure if sprints service is going all wonkers because it is being bought out.... but all i know is I'm going to go buy a straighttalk phone today. I'm sick of this bullshit. They have phones that go off verizon lines
 
And I also have to dial out to receive texts lol....... that was making it work for a lil while. but now it's not even receiving anything!!! so yeah STRAIGHT TALK. might be a little more money but I hear their service is doing great from many people!
